FAQ, Returns & Refund

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders placed in this online store are usually processed the same day or within 2 business days from the date the order was placed and paid for. Orders placed for garments or other products that are out of stock may take longer to process, the stock status and / or the estimated delivery date are indicated on the product detail page. In some cases we may need to contact you prior to processing your order. If we are unable to reach you using the contact information you provided us within 5 days, we may cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.

ORDER PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal

PROMO CODES: Promo codes and discount coupons can be used to buy t-shirts, dresses, shorts, skirts, jackets and any other garment offered on this online fashion store. Discount codes may be found on this website, on our social media pages and in promotions and advertising we run. If you have a discount coupon or promo code please keep the following in mind: Only one code may be used per order. Certain items (including all sale items) may be excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order is processed. 

SHIPPING:  All LDF Asia orders are shipped from Hong Kong.  You should receive the goods within 2-3 business days after processing.  Charges and shipment times are estimated automatically through the system and are quoted at checkout.  The customer will be responsible once we have shipped the items. Please note orders can't be changed, modified or cancelled once they are shipped.  We ship only to countries in Asia.  For shipments to other countries, please visit the International website.  WE are NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or any other reason.  Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, foreign taxes and any other applicable charges and fees in the country they are shipping to.  Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise and mark it as dutiable.  Shipping rates are available in the shipping estimator and varies by destination.  Customers must include in the notes of the order their telephone/contact number. We need this information for the shipment. 

FAQ 

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE? Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made. 

HOW DO I CHECKOUT? Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be identified as sold out.  Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. 

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?  We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. The brand does run small, in some cases we recommend ordering one size above your regular size. Especially on Dresses and Skirts. We have also Included a size charts located in the Sizing Category on the site. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Please note that you will have only one exchange if the size does not work. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?  You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER WILL SHIPPED?  Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM Hong Kong time will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 - 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM Hong Kong time will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM Hong Kong time will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS REFUND POLICY Refunds will ONLY be given in the form of store credit. 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:   If the size does not work on an Item, you will only have 1 (One) exchange with additional shipping fees applied to it.  Refund will only be given in the form of online / store credit, no exceptions.  Exchanges should be sent to our address in Hong Kong and must be accompanied by a written statement (Name of the Recipient, Address, Contact number and Exchange Items/Store Credit).  Alternatively, if you are based in Hong Kong, you are welcome to come to our Hong Kong address for an exchange to another size / store credit 

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase from this online fashion store, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or store credit ONLY.  No full refund. The following rules and guidelines apply:  All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original new condition and unworn/washed. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, bodysuits or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final. Damages that occur during care of a garment such as dry cleaning, washing or wear are not grounds for return. Please do not return anything to us COD or freight collect, we will refuse your shipment. Returns must be made in adequate packaging (like the original), WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE if your return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging.  Insure your return, we will not be able to refund you if your shipment to us is LOST. We reserve the right to charge for outbound freight for exchanges. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight charges. We do not pay for return shipping under any circumstance except for damaged or incorrect shipment (see below). The cases we deem qualified for us to pay the return freight we will send you a prepaid shipping label. 

RETURN ADDRESS to our Hong Kong address and include a note: Order#:  Style/Size of the exchanges:  Customer's full name:  Address:  Contact number:  Kindly send us also an email confirmation for your return item. 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS: If we shipped you a damaged or incorrect garment, please contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange. Please keep the original packaging, do not wear or use the garments and do not remove the tags. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and send you a replacement as soon as we receive your return. 

REFUSED SHIPMENT: If you refuse your shipment from us, we will refund the order value less the actual freight charges. This even applies to orders that went out with free shipping.
